Fio banka snižuje úrokové sazby hypoték

Česká Fio banka zlevňuje hypotéky, zájemci o bydlení je nyní mohou získat s úrokovou sazbou od 1,48 % p.a. Kromě toho zachovává všechny stávající benefity, jako je mimořádná splátka bez poplatků i možnost flexibilního snižování měsíčních splátek díky speciálnímu Hypospořicímu kontu, které je ke každé hypotéce zdarma.

Fio banka přistoupila ke snížení úrokových sazeb a nově nabízí ještě levnější hypotéky. Nejnižší je roční fixace úvěru se sazbou od 1,48 %, původní začínala na 1,68 %. Výhodnější nabídka je připravena i pro zájemce o pětiletý fix, místo 2,28 % teď můžou získat hypotéku s úrokovou sazbou od 2,18 %.

„Na hypotečním trhu převažuje trend mírného zvyšování úrokových sazeb. My jsme se rozhodli jít opačnou cestou a nabídnout zájemcům o bydlení ještě výhodnější hypotéku. Kromě toho chceme zvýšit komfort žadatelů, proto v letošním roce otevřeme druhé hypoteční centrum v Brně a plánujeme rozšířit počet hypotečních specialistů na našich standardních pobočkách. Věříme, že tím oslovíme další zájemce o vlastní bydlení,“ říká Ján Franek, tiskový mluvčí Fio banky.

Spolu se sníženou úrokovou sazbou nabízí Fio banka všechny dosavadní benefity své hypotéky. Ta je nejen bez poplatků za zřízení i vedení, ale klienti mohou kdykoliv a zdarma splatit jakoukoliv její část. A pokud mají během splácení volné peníze, mohou si je vložit na Hypospořicí konto, které je bezplatnou součástí hypotéky, a snížit si tak své měsíční splátky. Část hypotéky ve výši zůstatku na kontě není úročena. Peníze na kontě jsou klientům neustále k dispozici a můžou si je kdykoliv bezplatně vybrat a řídit si výši svých splátek podle své momentální situace.
