Důchodci dostanou přidáno už od začátku měsíce, ve kterém slaví 85. narozeniny

Seniorům, kteří oslaví 85. narozeniny, se automaticky zvyšuje procentní výměra důchodu o 1 000 Kč. Nově jim navíc náleží také doplatek od začátku měsíce narozenin.

Od 1. července 2025 začne platit změna, která potěší seniory starší 85 let. Lidé, kteří dosáhnou tohoto věku, dostanou ke svému důchodu automaticky přidáno 1 000 Kč měsíčně – a to už od 1. dne měsíce, ve kterém své 85. narozeniny oslaví.

Dosud se tato částka přidávala až od výplatního dne důchodu v daném měsíci. Díky nové úpravě tak důchodci získají i doplatek za období od začátku měsíce do výplatního dne důchodu. Tento doplatek obdrží automaticky – není třeba o nic žádat.

Příklad:
Pan Novák má výplatu důchodu 14. dne v měsíci a 85 let mu bude 5. července. V červenci mu tedy ČSSZ vyplatí:

  • zvýšenou procentní výměru důchodu o 1 000 Kč od 14. července,

  • doplatek poměrné části navýšení procentní výměry o 1 000 Kč za období od 1. do 13. července,

  • od srpna už bude dostávat zvýšený důchod každý měsíc (bez dalšího doplatku).

„Doplatek vyplatíme stejným způsobem, jakým klienti dostávají důchod (např. na účet nebo poštou). Klienti jsou o zvýšení důchodu při dosažení věku 85 let vždy informováni dopisem," uvádí ČSSZ v tiskové zprávě.
