Pokud jste ještě neuhradili daň z nemovitosti, dnes máte poslední šanci to napravit bez sankcí. Bezhotovostní platba s QR kódem zůstává nejrychlejší a nejpohodlnější cestou.

Dnes je poslední den, kdy lze zaplatit daň z nemovitosti bez toho, aniž by vám finanční úřad započítal úrok z prodlení. Řádný termín uplynul již 2. června, k tomuto datu přišlo na účty finančních úřadů více než 14,7 miliardy korun. Tato částka je o 172 milionů korun vyšší než v loňském roce, což představuje nárůst o 1,47 %.

Poplatníci mají vyšší zájem o bezhotovostní platbu

Dle dat Finanční správy přibývá poplatníků, kteří se rozhodnou částku zaplatit bezhotovostně pomocí QR kódu. „Významně převažuje bezhotovostní způsob placení a potvrzuje se i dlouhodobý trend příklonu poplatníků k této formě úhrady daně, kterou finanční správa usnadňuje QR kódem zahrnutým do všech platebních informací,” uvádí Finanční správa v tiskové zprávě.

 

Daň nad 5000 Kč lze rozdělit do dvou splátek

Finanční správa umožňuje daň nad 5000 Kč rozdělit do dvou článek. Druhou splátku musí uhradit nejpozději do 1. prosince kalendářního roku. U poplatníků provozujících zemědělskou prvovýrobu se daň platí ve dvou splátkách, letos do 1. září a do 1. prosince.

Celkem by se mělo vybrat kolem 23 miliard korun. „Z dosavadního vývoje je patrné, že se výběr daně vyvíjí podle očekávání. První červnové dny bývají každoročně nejvytíženější, a to i v platebním styku. U této daně se vyskytují drobná zpoždění, i proto je dobré připomenout, že tzv. toleranční doba, kdy ještě neběží úrok z prodlení, skončí 5. června,“ uvedla generální ředitelka Finanční správy ČR Simona Hornochová.
