Úřední změna pohlaví bude jednodušší. Postačí k ní diagnóza

Už delší dobu usilujete o změnu pohlaví v občance bez toho, abyste se museli podrobit operaci nebo hormonální léčbě? Konečně je to možné.

Ministerstvo zdravotnictví vydalo včera metodiku pro poskytovatele zdravotnických služeb s postupy pro úřední změnu pohlaví. Změnou reaguje na nález Ústavního soudu. Dalším důvodem jsou pak i požadavky odborníků, ale i pacientů. Z oblasti byrokracie je pak nejzásadnější novinkou, že žadatel o úřední změnu pohlaví v dokladech nebude muset podstupovat operaci ani hormonální léčbu.

Změna pohlaví půjde s potvrzením diagnózy

Dříve bylo nutné pro změnu pohlaví absolvovat hormonální léčbu, popř. přímo změnu pohlaví operací. To už naštěstí nutné nebude. Podmínka pro splnění změny pohlaví v dokladech bude nově naplněna ve chvíli, kdy sexuolog potvrdí diagnózu transsexualismus. Následně podepíšete informovaný souhlas, na základě čehož vám odborník vydá potvrzení pro matriční úřad. Ten vám poté pohlaví může změnit.

Jak to bude se změnou jména?

Po splnění podmínek pro účely změny pohlaví je následně možná změna jména a to nejen do neutrální podoby. K tomu budete potřebovat opět potvrzení sexuologa. O změnu požádáte na kterémkoliv matričním úřadě.

Pokud prohlášení neučiníte, matrika příjmení změní podle nového pohlaví a v případě nesouladu jména s novým pohlavím podá oznámení soudu.
